According to a notice on the school website, there will be no school on Friday in celebration of the Atlanta Braves. 

A parade will be held in metro Atlanta to honor the team’s World Series win, which “may have impact on our school district operations,” said the notice. 

Additionally, Fulton County Schools expects many students and staff to attend the event, so to avoid “a disruption in learning,” schools will be closed.
