On Friday, Principal Ashley Agans announced in an email that the school will adopt a mask-optional policy starting Monday. 

Fulton County Schools “will continue to monitor attendance rates and reported cases by classroom and school,” she said. If there becomes a significant increase in the school’s infection rate, masks may once again be compulsory. 

Despite the building being mask-optional, students must wear their masks on buses “in compliance with the federal mandate,” she said. 

Agans said physical distancing and contact tracing procedures will continue.
